Description

A DIY Pro Wash Anyone Can Do in Under 30 Minutes

  • No dragging out the hose
  • No wasted time drying your car
  • No bottles crammed on your shelf
  • Get maximum shine and protection

This is the same simple, fast, shop-tested system we use on our customers’ cars every day.

There’s absolutely no reason you can’t do it at home yourself. Try it once and you’ll never go back to the traditional time-wasting way again.

How to Use

5 Step System Instructions

STEP 1. Versa-Clean (Pre-Treat)

  • Spray Versa Clean directly on bugs, dirt, and heavy spots.
  • Let it dwell for 1–3 minutes. The longer the contamination has been on the surface, the longer you should let it sit.
  • Wipe clean with a hot, wet microfiber towel for best results.
  • Repeat on any stubborn areas as needed.
  • This preps the car for the wash

PRO TIP: A hot, wet microfiber towel removes contamination fastest.

STEP 2. Foam Wash (Soap)

Bucket Wash Method (Primary):

  • Add 1–2 oz of Foam Wash to 1–2 gallons of water in a bucket. (This method will not create heavy suds. This is normal and by design.)
  • Dip your towel or mitt, saturate it, and wash panel by panel.
  • Wash the entire car evenly.
  • Do not rinse or dry. A light film will remain and will dissipate as it dries.
  • This prepares the surface for the Rapid Detail protectant.

Optional... Foam Cannon Method (for customers already using a foam cannon):

  • Add 3 oz of Foam Wash to 33 oz of water (3 + 33 = 36 oz).
  • Apply foam to the entire car using a mitt or microfiber cloth.
  • Gently wash panel by panel.
  • Rinse the car thoroughly. Foam cannons create heavy suds, so rinsing is required to remove soap and prevent streaking.
  • Note: Because this method uses additional water and requires rinsing, it is not part of the simplified 5-step system. The bucket wash delivers the intended no-rinse workflow.

STEP 3. Rapid Detail (Protect)

  • Fold a microfiber towel twice into a square.
  • Prime the towel with 1–2 sprays of Rapid Detail.
  • Spray Rapid Detail directly onto the surface, even if there’s light residue.
  • Wipe gently left to right, then use a figure-8 motion to evenly distribute and absorb the product.
  • Excess will evaporate. Use a second towel if needed to remove remaining residue.
  • This creates the shine and protective layer.

STEP 4. Tire Shine (Finish)

  • Apply Tire Shine to an applicator (a round microfiber applicator works best).
  • Apply evenly a blob of product about the size of a silver dollar around the tire.
  • Let it sit for a high-gloss look, or wipe lightly for a clean, satin finish.
  • You may also use it on black plastics (engine bay, trim, etc.).

PRO TIP: For maximum shine, spray directly with a trigger sprayer and leave it.

STEP 5. Best in Glass (Spotless)

  • Spray a generous amount of Best in Glass onto the glass.
  • Wipe left to right using a figure-8 motion with a clean microfiber towel.
  • Flip to a dry side and wipe again for a streak-free finish.
Key Points

System Notes

  • Only one wash bucket is needed, but for even better results, the 2-bucket method reduces the risk of scratching.
  • The only water used is to fill the wash bucket.
  • No rinsing the car at any point, unless using the foam cannon method.
  • No drying the car.
  • Products are designed to work together, so each step complements the next.
  • The chemistry allows use in direct sunlight without baking into the paint.
  • Works well even in high temperature and direct sunlight, but hard water must not be present.
  • Follow the wash panel sequence.
  • The drier your tire looks, the more product you should use, as it will absorb into the rubber like a sponge.
